AMTFIT© You CAN get the body you want! If you are trying to stay on track with your summer body and set goals for yourself this fall, you came to the right place. First off, choosing reasonable goals each week will help you start off slow and steady. Setting a future goal such as, I want to lose 15 pounds in 3 months. Well that doesn’t say much. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO GET THERE? For example:

WEEK 1: Go to the gym 3 times a week.

WEEK 2:Do not go out to eat. Make my food for an entire week.

WEEK 3: Use higher weight when strength training.

….and so on. Having specific goals will help you realize WHAT you have to do in order to accomplish your outcome goal. It’s all about you. Often, I see people who just want quick easy workouts, delicious recipes that don’t take much time, and some miracle tips that will help you LOOK thinner. I understand the need to want to have health, but speedy. However, health is a life long journey. There is no ending point or ending date. Make this your life change for the better! I promise you that you will find success after sticking to your workouts, and healthy diet. In order to actually get rid of the belly bulge, a combination of diet,exercise, and simply leading a healthy lifestyle will get you there. Along with strength training and some LISS (low intensity steady state) cardio, I HIGHLY recommend HIIT (high intensity interval training). This type of cardio, first of all, is much less time consuming. Second, it is optimal for weight lose. Brining your heart rate up to its max, instead of at a slow pace where your heart rate comes back down as soon as you stop doing that cardio. Where as HIIT you are using much of your core, and BMR skyrockets.

So make them fall to pieces. Show others what you are capable of. Show YOURSELF what you are capable of. Hold on to the people in your life and make sure they are also on board with you lifestyle changes. It is extremely important to have a strong support system though this that won’t be shoving cake in your face every day. Start your day fresh, and remember, you CAN do this!
